Founder Pricing (first season only, ~25% off standard rate). Master Suite: $1,000 per week · $8,000 for the full 8-week residency (standard rate $1,340/week · $10,720). Standard Room: $850 per week · $6,800 for the full 8-week residency (standard rate $1,070/week · $8,576). Both include everything on-site (meals, housekeeping, laundry, wellness, weekly activities). Founder Pricing applies only to the first residency (Aug–Oct 2026) — subsequent seasons return to standard rates.
Master Suites are larger, have the best views and layout in the villa, and come with a private balcony. Standard Rooms are private en-suite rooms with full amenities. There are 3 Master Suites and 4 Standard Rooms in the villa — 7 spots in total.
1. Join the waitlist so we can send you the application form.
2. Once accepted, pay a 50% deposit to hold your room ($4,000 for a Master Suite, $3,400 for a Standard Room).
3. The balance is due 10 days before check-in.
Master Suites are allocated on a first-confirmed basis — whoever pays the deposit first secures the room.
The Founder Season confirms once we reach 6 residents. If we don't reach the minimum, we refund your deposit in full and roll your priority into the next residency.

The Founder Season is designed as one continuous 8-week residency to protect the group experience. If you have a specific constraint (a Vegas trip, family event), tell us on your application and we'll look at what's possible.
The Founder Season is designed for individual residents to preserve focus and group dynamics. If you'd like to explore bringing a partner, mention it in your application and we'll look at options case by case.
Private accommodation. 3 chef-prepared meals daily plus 2 healthy snacks. Housekeeping and laundry. Access to functional training, yoga, meditation and recovery. Weekly Friday activities exploring Pipa and the region. All utilities, workspace and shared villa spaces (pool, lounge, work areas). Airport pickup and concierge support throughout your stay.
Flights to Brazil. Personal travel outside the villa. Alcohol and meals eaten outside the villa. Any medical or personal services beyond what's listed above.
Yes. The villa has dedicated business-grade internet with backup, tested for the demands of long tournament sessions across multiple tables. Reliable workspace is part of the residency baseline.
The T-Tree Luxury Villa in Tibau do Sul, fifteen minutes from Pipa. Set within the Atlantic Forest with ocean views — close to the beaches, restaurants and energy of Pipa, but quiet enough to focus. See the villa page for photos.
Fly into Natal International Airport (NAT), the main airport for the region. Airport pickup from Natal is included. Direct flights from Europe, USA and across South America connect via major hubs.

Yes. Online poker is legal in Brazil. Players can compete from Pipa with peace of mind.
UTC−3 aligns exactly with European peak hours. Sessions run from midday to 8pm local time, leaving mornings for sunlight, movement and recovery. Pipa adds the warmth, ocean and low-stimulation environment a high-pressure season requires.
