Reservation & Cancellation Policy

If a participant chooses to cancel their reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.

If a participant is unable to attend, their reservation may be transferred to another eligible participant, subject to approval by TRANQUILO and payment of any outstanding balance.

The remaining balance must be paid before the residency start date. Participants who fail to complete payment may forfeit their reservation and deposit.

If TRANQUILO cancels the residency for any reason, all deposits and payments received will be refunded in full.

Founder Season is subject to a minimum number of confirmed residents required for the residency to operate.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, TRANQUILO reserves the right to cancel the residency and issue full refunds of all payments received.

In the unlikely event that the venue, dates or certain elements of the experience need to change, participants will be informed as soon as possible.

Any material changes will be communicated promptly.

Room allocation is determined by TRANQUILO and may vary depending on the property layout and operational requirements.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel, visa, passport and entry requirements for Brazil.

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance before arrival.

TRANQUILO reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour negatively impacts the safety, wellbeing or experience of other residents.

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

TRANQUILO shall not be liable for cancellations, delays or modifications caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather events, government restrictions, travel disruptions, public health emergencies or other unforeseen events.

By submitting a deposit, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
