Morning

Wake naturally with the light. A nourishing breakfast. Intentional mobility, functional training, breathwork and a plunge pool to set the nervous system for the day.

Afternoon

12pm local: the grind begins. Concierge stays close for whatever you need: refills, water, snacks, meals brought to your station. You only focus on the game.

Aligned with European peak hours
Evening

Follow your rhythm. When you finish your session, group dinner at 8pm, or we bring dinner to you if you're still in. Bodywork and recovery when you need them.

Before bed: breathwork, yin, slow relaxation. The nervous system winds down for deep sleep, so you arrive at the next day rested and regulated.
